Phoenix Satellite Television Holdings Limited (00309.HK) announced that (i) Mr. Wing Ting Yiu, the current executive director, has stepped down as a member of the company's Nomination Committee, and (ii) Ms. Wang Guan, the current non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from July 15, 2025.
