BaiLi Electric: Elects Zuo Xiaopeng as Chairman

On the evening of July 15th, Baoli Electric announced that Li Shiqi applied to resign from the positions of director, chairman of the board, legal representative, director of the Strategic Development Committee, and member of the Compensation and Evaluation Committee due to work adjustments. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. With the unanimous consent of all directors, Director Zuo Xiaopeng was elected as the chairman of the board, executive chairman of the company, and legal representative, with a term of office consistent with that of the ninth board of directors.
