The First Intermediate People's Court of Shanghai publicly sentenced Yan Jun, former deputy director of the Shanghai China Maritime Museum, for the crime of bribery.

After investigation and trial, it was found that from 2009 to 2023, the defendant Yan Jun, taking advantage of his positions as assistant to the president, vice president, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and president of Shanghai International Port Group, provided assistance to relevant individuals in route operations, business contracts, company listing, expense settlement, etc., and sought benefits for them. He illegally accepted a total of over 36.0165 million yuan in cash and gifts from others.
