According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shaanxi Jinzi Gongrong Electronic Information Industry Development Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise was established with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. Its business scope includes engaging in investment activities with its own funds. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company was jointly funded by ICBC's wholly-owned subsidiary, Industrial Bank Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd.
