On July 15th, Jensen Huang, the founder and CEO of American company NVIDIA, appeared at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. In an interview, he said that NVIDIA has many excellent competitors and he is pleased that China has a group of top computer scientists. He also revealed that the U.S. government has approved NVIDIA's application for an export license for its H20 chips, and NVIDIA will export these chips to the Chinese market.
