Sheng Laiyun, Deputy Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, stated at a press conference today: "At the current stage, the potential for fixed asset investment is still very large, and we need to focus on mobilizing the enthusiasm of private investment. The slowdown in investment growth does not mean that investment space is shrinking. At present, there is great potential for high-quality development investment, such as in the new productive forces field, as well as urban renewal and improvement of people's livelihood. All these areas require effective investment. Therefore, we need to better follow the requirements of high-quality development, optimize investment layout, improve the investment environment, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of private investment, and continue to promote healthy investment development."
