Hai Xi Communication establishes a new company incorporating semiconductor discrete device business.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Anji Haiwanxin Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 45 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of power electronic components, manufacturing of semiconductor discrete devices, sales of semiconductor discrete devices, and sales of advanced power electronic devices. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by HaiXi Communication.
