Chris Tang: The Hong Kong SAR government will submit legislative proposals on regulating and restraining online ride-hailing services.

The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Carrie Lam, announced today that the Transport and Housing Bureau will submit legislative proposals on the regulation of online ride-hailing services to the Legislative Council this afternoon.
