Announcement by Shifeng Culture: Shareholders Cai Junquan and their concerted action person Cai Junsong plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.04 million shares, or 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from August 6, 2025 to November 5, 2025. Cai Junquan holds 33.14% of the company's shares, while Cai Junsong holds 7.50% of the company's shares. The reason for the reduction is the shareholders' own fund needs. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices.
