Guangxian Media: Zhang Haifeng resigns as director.

Guangxi Media announced in the evening of July 14th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Director Zhang Haifeng. Due to personal reasons, he applied to resign from the position of director of the company and will not hold any position in the company after his resignation. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Zhang Haifeng does not hold any shares of the company and there are no unfulfilled public commitments.
