Documents show that Yuejiang is seeking to raise up to $1.22 billion through a stock offering.

The transaction document shows that Beyond Border will allocate approximately 17.4 million shares. The allocation price is 54.30 to 55 Hong Kong dollars per share, a discount of 8.3% to 9.5% compared to the previous closing price.
