Colombia completes anti-dumping sunset review and final ruling on oil and gas pipeline imports from China
On July 10, 2025, the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Tourism of Colombia published Announcement No. 171 of 2025 in the official newspaper, making a positive final ruling on the sunset review of anti-dumping measures on oil and natural gas pipeline tubes originating from China. It was decided to continue implementing anti-dumping measures in the form of the lowest price, setting the minimum limit price at $2756.17 per ton for products under tax number 7304.19.0 and $1537.41 per ton for products under tax number 7306.19.0. When the offshore customs declared price of the products involved is lower than the minimum limit price, the difference will be levied as an anti-dumping tax. The measures will take effect on the day after the announcement is published in the official newspaper and will be valid for five years.
