Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development: Building "good houses" does not mean building "big houses" or "expensive houses."
The person in charge of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's standard quota division said that the regulations set the minimum requirements for the construction of "good houses". Building a "good house" does not mean building a "big house" or an "expensive house", but rather through good design, good construction, good materials, good services, etc., to solve the pain points in living and comprehensively improve the quality of housing. Different regions, different sizes, and different price ranges should all have different standards for what constitutes a "good house".
