According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shurong Spatial Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Guoqiang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: research and development of automobile parts; manufacturing of automobile parts and accessories; wholesale and retail of automobile parts; battery manufacturing; production of battery accessories; and battery sales. Equity penetration information on Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Yihuatong.
