Its business scope includes the installation, maintenance, and testing of power facilities for transmission, distribution, and reception of electricity, road freight transportation, sale of new energy vehicles, sale of cars, sale of intelligent in-vehicle devices, second-hand car brokerage, sale of battery accessories, and battery rental services. The company is wholly owned by Xiaomi Jingming Technology Co., Ltd.
