Temasek Holdings: Zhang Zhixian will assume the position of Chairman of the company on October 9th.

Temasek Holdings announced that Zhang Zhixian will take over as Chairman of the board after the end of the third quarter board meeting on October 9th. Zhang Zhixian will join the board on July 1st as Vice Chairman. Current Chairman Lim Hoon Heng will step down on October 9th. Vice Chairman Cheng Weiqiang and Director Li Qingyan will retire on June 30th. Director Chen Yuchong will retire on July 31st.
