Qiu Jixing, former chairman of Hunan Airport Management Group, has been stripped of his membership in the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

The website of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference recently issued a notice. According to the "Constitution of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference" and the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC to authorize the Chairperson's Meeting to promptly deal with disciplinary and illegal CPPCC members," the 42nd Chairperson's Meeting of the 13th Committee of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC deliberated and decided to revoke the qualification of Qiu Jixing, a member of the 13th Provincial CPPCC Committee, and submit it to the 14th Standing Committee for approval.
