The track laying of the Baoji-Yinchuan high-speed rail in Inner Mongolia has been completed. After the opening of the line, it will become the fastest route for the northwest region to travel to Beijing.
On the morning of June 6, at the construction site of the Wuhai Yellow River Super Bridge on the Baotou-Yinchuan high-speed railway, with the precise placement of the final set of 500-meter-long steel rails, the rail laying project of the Baotou-Yinchuan high-speed railway in Inner Mongolia was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the opening and operation within the year. The total length of the line is 519 kilometers, with the Inner Mongolia section being 402 kilometers long and designed for a speed of 250 kilometers per hour.
