According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shaoxing Shangdian Shundong New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Xiaoguang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million yuan. Its business scope includes: solar power generation technology services; machinery equipment sales; mechanical and electrical equipment sales; engineering management services; power generation, power transmission, power supply and other businesses. Shareholding information from Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Electric New Energy Development Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Shanghai Electric and Electric Wind Power.
