Beijing reduces non-educational teaching burdens on teachers and supports teachers' legitimate and effective disciplinary rights in education.

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission issued a "Some Measures to Reduce the Non-Educational Teaching Burden of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens and Create a Good Teaching Environment", proposing to control the total number and frequency of inspection, evaluation, and assessment items, not to arrange teachers' duty during winter and summer vacations, legal holidays, and regular days, and to support teachers in properly and effectively implementing disciplinary measures.
