Li Yang Chip has established an integrated circuit subsidiary in Shanghai.

According to the QichaCha app, Shanghai Liyangyao Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhang Yifeng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of integrated circuit chips and products, sales of semiconductor device special equipment, and information system integration services. QichaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Liyang Chip.
