State Administration for Market Regulation: 11 cases of resolving monopoly agreements and abuse of market dominance were concluded last year.

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation released the "Annual Report on Anti-Monopoly Law Enforcement in China". The report pointed out that in 2024, the State Administration for Market Regulation firmly grasped the key work of accelerating the construction of a unified national market, increased the enforcement efforts in key areas of anti-monopoly supervision, and completed 11 cases of monopoly agreements and abuse of dominant market positions throughout the year, imposed administrative penalties on one case of refusal or obstruction of investigation, and concluded 643 cases of concentration of undertakings.
