Hangzhou Linping District put up a residential land for sale with a starting price of 2.48 billion yuan.

Hangzhou city announced the public listing of the state-owned construction land use rights, intending to auction off a residential land in Linping District with a starting price of 248.25 million yuan. The land for sale is located in Linping District, at the intersection of Tianhua Road and Tiandu Road South Greenbelt. The total area of the land is 22,568 square meters, with a sellable building area of 24,824.8 square meters. The starting price for the auction is 248.25 million yuan, equivalent to a starting floor price of 10,000 yuan per square meter. The land will be available for auction on July 8th.
