In terms of regions, the PMI for manufacturing in Asia increased from the previous month to above 50%; the PMI for manufacturing in the Americas remained unchanged from the previous month, and has been below 49% for three consecutive months; the PMI for manufacturing in Africa has declined for two consecutive months, with the index falling below 49%; the PMI for manufacturing in Europe has slightly increased from the previous month, with the index remaining above 48% for three consecutive months.
