Jiang Lin, the former secretary to the Chairman of the top five liquor brand Moutai, will take over as the President of Yibin Bank.

On June 5, recently, Yibin Bank announced that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Jiang Lin as the President, and also recommended appointing Jiang Lin as an executive director. Jiang Lin's qualifications for this position still need to be approved by the national financial regulatory authority. The Board agreed that before the qualifications are approved, Jiang Lin will temporarily act as the President, with a term not exceeding 6 months. It is worth noting that in January of this year, Yibin Bank successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. However, less than three months after the listing, Yang Xingwang resigned from his positions as executive director, President, Chairman of the Board's Risk Management Committee, member of the Strategic and Asset Liability Management Committee, and member of the Related Party Transaction Control Committee, citing personal health reasons.
