Hao Tong Technology Announcement: Director Liu Bibo plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 20,965 shares, accounting for 0.0133% of the total share capital. Xuzhou Botong Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 47,250 shares, accounting for 0.0300% of the total share capital. Deputy General Manager Zhu Feng plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 26,250 shares, accounting for 0.0167% of the total share capital. The reduction period will be within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, using a centralized bidding method. The total number of shares to be reduced within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares. The reduction price will be determined based on market conditions and shall not be lower than the listing price.
