Announcement from Ampanglong: Shareholder Changying Yuefu plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 2.9521 million shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital of the company, through the methods of centralized bidding and block trading. Among them, the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding within any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of shares of the company, that is, not more than 984,000 shares; the total number of shares reduced through block trading within any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 2% of the total number of shares of the company, that is, not more than 1.968 million shares. The reduction period is from June 27, 2025 to September 26, 2025.
