Jinyu Group (02009.HK) won a residential land in Beijing's Haidian District for 3.364 billion.

Tiger Securities Finance APP News, Jin Yu Group (02009.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Jinyu Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinyu Real Estate") recently obtained the "Beijing Municipal State-owned Land Use Right Listing Confirmation Letter". Jinyu Real Estate won the bid for the Balancing Fund Land Parcel (Phase II) Project HD00-1412-0017 in Baoshan Village, Haidian District, Beijing through public bidding. The land has a total area of 28,592.77 square meters, with an above-ground building area of 60,044.82 square meters, and a total transaction price of 336,400,000 yuan. Currently, Jinyu Real Estate owns 100% equity in this project.
