The Beijing land market successfully auctioned multiple plots today, covering the three districts of Haidian, Shijingshan, and Changping, with a total land transfer fee reaching 13.06 billion yuan. Among them, the Haidian Baoshan Village 0016 and 0017 plots went through multiple rounds of offline bidding, and were ultimately won by Zhongjian Yi Pin and Jinyu, with transaction prices of 2.778 billion yuan and 3.364 billion yuan, and transaction floor prices of 5,510 yuan/square meter and 5,600 yuan/square meter, respectively; the Shijingshan Xihuangcun plot was won by Zhonghai with a base price of 4.523 billion yuan, and a transaction floor price of approximately 2,750 yuan/square meter; the Changping Beisi Village plot was won by Yue Xiu + Beijing Construction + Future Science City + Bei Haohome consortium with a base price of 2.395 billion yuan, and a transaction floor price of approximately 3,000 yuan/square meter.
