China Power International Development (02380.HK): Entered into Preliminary Development and Technical Consultation Contract with Haiyang Offshore Wind Power and Shandong Institute

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that China Power (02380.HK) has announced that on June 5, 2025, Haiyang Wind Power (a non-wholly owned indirectly subsidiary of the company) has entered into a pre-development and technical consulting contract with Shandong Institute. According to the contract, Shandong Institute will provide comprehensive technical consulting services for the pre-development of an offshore wind power project at a cost of 39.98 million RMB.
