Zhijing Finance and Economics APP News, Master Kong Holdings (00322.HK) announced that Li Changfu has informed the company of his plan to retire at the shareholders' annual meeting in order to have more time to focus on other businesses. He will no longer participate in the director election. Therefore, Li Changfu has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration and nomination committee, effective from the end of the shareholders' annual meeting. Li Changfu will still serve as a consultant for the company.
