The company was established in January 2022, with Lei Jun as its legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, computer system services, social and economic consulting, conference and exhibition services, organization of cultural and artistic exchange activities, and sales of computer software and hardware, auxiliary equipment, electronic products, household appliances, etc. It is wholly owned by Xiaomi Communication Technology Co., Ltd. It is worth noting that recently, Xiaomi Smart Technology Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by Xiaomi Jiaxi Technology Co., Ltd., also underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from 1.84 billion RMB to 2.5 billion RMB.
