According to the Qichacha app, recently, Guangjie New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Shi Dong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, battery sales, photovoltaic power equipment leasing, charging pile sales, smart power distribution and control equipment sales, and lighting fixture sales. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Shuangjie Electric.
