At the summary meeting of AES100 engine development held in Zhuzhou, Hunan on June 5th, AES100 engine was awarded a production permit and signed a sales contract. At the meeting, China Aero Engine and United Aircraft Group signed sales and leasing contracts for AES100 engines and planned to complete delivery by 2026. The AES100 engine will serve as the core power unit for the 6-ton tiltrotor unmanned transport platform "Lan Yin R6000". (China Aero Engine).
