("Kelun Biotech") has entered into a placement agreement with 2 placement agents on June 5, 2025 according to the general authorization of its shareholders meeting. Under the agreement, the placement agents agree to facilitate the placement of 5.918 million shares of Kelun Biotech's H shares to no fewer than 6 subscribers at a price of HK$331.8 per share. The completion of this placement is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent as stipulated in the placement agreement.
