The Qichacha app shows that recently, Jerry Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Xie Meng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes gas operations, mineral resources exploration, and onshore oil and natural gas extraction. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Jerry Group.
