CITIC Securities' strategic investment in Jingluo Semiconductor

SOIC, a subsidiary of China Merchants Group, announced the completion of its strategic investment in Jinglue Semiconductor. The total amount of this round of financing reached several hundred million yuan, which will mainly be used to support Jinglue Semiconductor's accelerated research and development, innovation, and mass production process of car networking and switching chips.
