Shandong Yimeng Industry Group has applied to the MOX Australian Exchange for the listing of $50 million in bonds.

On June 5, Shandong Yimeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shandong Yimeng Industrial Group") issued a notice regarding the application for listing of bonds issued only to professional investors (defined in Section 2.1.6 of the Guidelines for the Issue and Trading of Corporate Bonds by the Monetary Authority of Macau) as stated in the issuance letter dated May 29, 2025. The application for listing on China (Macau) Financial Asset Trading Limited (MOX) for the above-mentioned bonds has been submitted. The date on which the aforementioned bonds are approved for listing and trading is June 5, 2025.
