Coronavirus-B signed a placement agreement with Goldman Sachs and Citigroup on June 5, 2025 to issue 5.918 million new H shares at a placement price of HK$331.8 per share, with a discount of 7.58% from the previous day's closing price. The placement shares account for approximately 2.60% of the issued share capital as of the announcement date and approximately 2.54% of the expanded share capital.
