Coronabotai Biological-B signed a placement agreement with Goldman Sachs and Citigroup on June 5, 2025, to place 5.918 million new H shares at a price of HKD 331.8 per share, with a discount of 7.58% from the previous day's closing price. The placement shares account for approximately 2.60% of the announced issued share capital and approximately 2.54% of the enlarged share capital.
