Wisdom Finance APP learned that according to the monitoring of China Index Research Institute on the market expansion information of property service enterprises in China, in May 2025, the TOP50 enterprises added a total contract area of about 54.14 million square meters, and the scale of leading enterprises continued to expand; the average additional contract area was 1.08 million square meters. Among them, China Resources Wanda Life Co., Ltd., Shanghai Permanent Property Management Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Galaxy Property Management Co., Ltd. have rapidly expanded their scales, with additional contract areas exceeding 3.5 million square meters.
