London stock market rose on the 4th day.

On the 4th, the FTSE 100 index of the London Stock Exchange closed at 8801.29, up 14.27 points from the previous trading day, an increase of 0.16%. The three major stock indices in Europe all rose on that day. In terms of individual stocks, resource stocks led the gains among the constituents of the London Stock Exchange. The top five stocks in terms of price increase were: outsourcing services provider Babcock International rose 4.31%, game workshop group rose 3.44%, mining company Antofagasta rose 3.15%, Hiscox Insurance Company rose 2.58%, and Anglo American Resources rose 2.45%.
