The Zhitong Finance APP news, Faben Information (300925.SZ) disclosed the 2025 employee stock ownership plan (draft), the funds for this employee stock ownership plan are from the special reward fund provided by the company and funds raised in other ways as permitted by laws and regulations (if any). The reward fund extracted for this employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 28.275 million yuan (including reserved portion), and the extracted reward fund shall be recognized as expenses in the current period based on the accrual basis. The total number of employees participating in this employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 62 people (excluding reserved shares) at the time of establishment.
