Anyang Iron and Steel recently announced its intention to transfer 34% of its equity in Henan Anyang Iron and Steel Longdu Electromagnetic New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. After the completion of this transaction, Anyang Iron and Steel will no longer hold any shares in Longdu Company.
