Organize four departments to carry out pilot work on the integration development of human resources services and manufacturing industry.

Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce issued a notice to organize pilot work on the integration and development of the human resources service industry and the manufacturing industry, actively exploring mechanism innovation, policy innovation, platform innovation, and model innovation, and accelerating the promotion of high-quality and full employment to help build a modern industrial system. The pilot work will be carried out in around 30 cities with the necessary conditions, aiming to cultivate a group of professional human resources service agencies for the manufacturing industry, build a group of integrated development platform carriers and alliances, develop a group of human resources service innovation technologies, products, and models to support the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, and form a group of policy systems and effective models that promote deep cooperation between human resources and the real economy, and technological innovation.
