Recently, in order to do a good job in the tariff adjustment work for 2026, facilitate enterprises to provide feedback on new changes, issues, and trends in the field of foreign trade, and directly participate in the formulation and improvement of tariff policies, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance is soliciting opinions on tariff item adjustments and tax rates from a wide range of import and export enterprises. Enterprises can study and propose adjustments to tariff items and tax rates based on their own business practices and development plans, in areas such as promoting consumption upgrading, accelerating the development of new quality productivity and modern industrial construction, and supporting the creation of an independent and controllable industrial chain supply chain; suggestions can be made for adding, deleting, or adjusting tariff items, adding or removing temporary import and export tax rates, and increasing or decreasing existing temporary import and export tax rates.
