General Administration of Market Supervision: By 2030, we will focus on breakthroughs in over 30 key core technologies in digital measurement.

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the "Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Measurement", strengthening the integration of measurement and digital technology. The plan proposes that by 2030, breakthroughs will be made in more than 30 key core technologies of digital measurement, 10 digital measurement devices with independent intellectual property rights will be developed, around 80 national measurement data construction and application centers will be nurtured, a national measurement data center will be established, 5 smart measurement laboratories will be established in key areas and industries, more than 10 national standard reference databases will be built, and 200 excellent cases of measurement data applications will be explored and promoted. The standards and management mechanisms related to digital measurement and data technology will be further improved, the initial establishment of a digital smart measurement supervision model, the digital strength of measurement technology institutions will continue to increase, and more than 10 relevant national measurement technical standards will be newly developed. The plan deploys 12 main tasks and is expected to achieve 28 results.
