China Fortune Financial News APP, Baixiang Stock (06657.HK) announced that, starting from June 3, 2025, Mr. Zheng Tianhao, the Joint Company Secretary, will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and Mr. Fu Yingbo, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as the authorized representative. After Mr. Fu's appointment, the authorized representatives are Ms. Chen Jie and Mr. Fu, and the replacement authorized representative is Mr. Zhao Mingjing.
