Yiming Pharmaceuticals announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Gao Fan, signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Beijing Fuhao Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise. Mr. Gao Fan intends to transfer his 43.8559 million shares of the company to Beijing Fuhao at a price of 15.1 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of 662 million yuan. After the implementation of this equity change, the controlling shareholder of the listed company will change from Mr. Gao Fan to Beijing Fuhao, and the actual controller will change from Mr. Gao Fan to Yao Jinbo. The company's stock will resume trading from June 4, 2025.
