According to the Securities Times APP, on June 3rd, Guangdong Provincial Institute of Architectural Design and Research Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guangdong Jianke) changed its IPO review status on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to "submitted for registration". China Merchants Securities is its sponsoring institution, and it plans to raise 481.25 million yuan.
